A work session was held at 6:30 PM to discuss items on the meeting agenda.
The Planning Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in the Municipal Building at 253 Municipal Dr. and via Zoom as a virtual meeting. A public notice was published in the Daily Local News on December 28, 2021.
The agenda was posted on the Township website and at the Township building on
September 12, 2022.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman, John Adam Thomas.

Roll Call – In attendance were John Adam Thomas, William Schew, John Caporale, Jacob Bashioum, Michael Irwin, Ken Simon and Jim Benko.
Township Staff and Consultants in attendance were Kristen Denne, Township Manager; Raymond Stackhouse, Director of Building and Life Safety; Lowell Leaman, ARRO Consulting-Engineers; Board of Commissioners’ Liaison to the Planning Commission Lorraine Tindaro; and Elizabeth Nagy, Planning Commission Secretary.
Approval of August 16, 2022 meeting Minutes – Being no questions or discussion Mr. Thomas entertained a motion for approval as submitted, moved by William Schew and seconded by Michael Irwin. With no objections the motion carries 7-0.
Agenda items:
Colonial Hyundai – 4423 Lincoln Hwy.- Appearing on behalf of the applicant was Wayne Hileman, applicant; John Jaros, applicants attorney and Marc DeRobertis, DL Howell & Associates. There was brief overview of the project as well as the review letter comments. The applicant will request a meeting with the Township Manager, Solicitor and Engineer to go over the comments before coming back before the Planning Commission for a Recommendation for Approval in October.
All Fill CU-4060 & 4102 Edges Mill Rd- Appearing on behalf of the applicant was Ryan Edgington, applicant; Brian Nagle, attorney for the applicant; Chris Daily, DL Howell & Associates. Brian gave an overview of conditional use plan. The applicant is not looking for a Recommendation for Approval at this time, the Planning Commission will hold off on a recommendation until after the reviews have been addressed. Applicant requested to be placed on the October Agenda. Commissioner Evans confirmed with the applicant that the location will be conforming to the historical stone appearance along Edges Mill Rd. and discussed the water runoff and its effect on any wetlands.
