FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, on behalf of the Board of Commissioners for Caln Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania please be advised that Caln Township has declared a Snow Emergency in effect from 10:00 am Wednesday, March 7, 2018 until 11:00 pm Thursday, March 8, 2018.
The following areas will be directly affected by this Declaration:

Fox Avenue From Toth Avenue to North Caln Road
Hazelwood Avenue From Embreeville Road to South Bailey Road
Humpton Road From North Bailey Road to Bondsville Road
Loomis Avenue To East Lincoln Highway
Municipal Drive From East Lincoln Highway to Humpton Road
North Bailey Road From East Lincoln Highway to Fisherville Road
Oak Street From Thirteenth Avenue to Seventeenth Avenue
Seltzer Avenue To Wayne Avenue
Seventeenth Avenue From Olive Street to Township line
South Caln Road To Township line
Toth Avenue From East Lincoln Highway to Quarry Street
Wayne Avenue To Loomis Avenue
Parking prohibited on certain streets
After any such emergency shall have been declared, it shall be unlawful during the period of such emergency for any person to park a motor vehicle or tractor or to allow the same to remain parked on any highway or portion there of below, or to operate any motor vehicle or tractor on any such highway or portion thereof unless such vehicle or tractor shall be equipped with adequate equipment to provide sufficient traction to keep such vehicle or tractor in motion so that other traffic on such highways will not be blocked or seriously impeded.
