Regarding the application filed by Regal Builders to rezone property located at 5030 Horseshoe Pike to allow for an age qualified residential community. The applicant is in the process of amending the proposed ordinance in response to comments received from Township staff, the Board of Commissioners and the Chester County Planning Commission. The applicant has not filed a revised ordinance yet.  If the applicant re-files an ordinance amendment, the Board will decide if it wants to forward such amendment to the Township Planning Commission and the County Chester County Planning Commission. After the ordinance is reviewed by those two planning commissions, the Board may choose to schedule a public hearing in the future to consider possible adoption of the ordinance.
