AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CALN, CHESTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 33 OF THE CALN TOWNSHIP CODE TITLED, “FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES”.
In summary, the Ordinance amends in its entirety Chapter 33 of the Caln Township Code to create and assign duties to the Director of Building and Life Safety, paid firefighters, the fire marshal, assistant fire marshal and fire inspector.
