The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites you to participate in a virtual Open House Plans Display on the project website (www.us30-chesco.com) to review improvement alternatives for the Reeceville Road, Route 340, U.S. 322, Norwood Road, Route 113 and Quarry Road interchanges, as well as the U.S. 30 Bypass Mainline within Caln Township, East Caln Township and Downingtown Borough in Chester County.
The Eastern Project Area (Section CER) is one of a series of projects that will upgrade and reconstruct the U.S. 30 Bypass in Chester County. The virtual open house content, including various design alternatives being considered, project process information, and educational materials, will be available on the project website for viewing and input from December 6, 2021 through January 7, 2022. Additionally, if you do not have access to the internet, hard copies of the website materials, including display boards and written project comment forms, will be available at the Caln Township and East Caln Township municipal buildings for in-person viewing and input during the same time period.
