NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Caln Township will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Caln Township municipal building located at 253 Municipal Drive, Thorndale, PA 19372 to consider the conditional use application of Prosperity Property Investments, LLC, the equitable owner of property located at 3025-3035 Zinn Road in Caln Township, more particularly identified as Chester County Tax Parcel Nos. 39-4-91.16A and 39-4-92.16B (the “Property”). Applicant proposes to reuse the Property for a child day care center. The Property is zoned Lincoln Highway Overlay District, Zone 2, and TV-1 Thorndale Village District. Applicant seeks conditional use approval pursuant to Section 155-26.C(6) of the Caln Township Zoning Ordinance to use the Property as a child day care center.
