- Call to Order
- Roll Call – Angela, JoEllen, Licia, Pat, Brett, Chris, Josh and Abbey were present
- Approved 4/1/2019 and 6/3/2019 minutes (5/6/19 meeting was cancelled)
- Old business
- 2019 Group Trips – Sales for October and December bus trips will go on sale at the end of the summer. We discussed adding a Cherry Blossom trip next year – it is a very crowded time of year to visit DC. St. Michaels, Baltimore, and Annapolis would also be nice destinations.
- Summer Series #1 Recap – The June event turned out to be a really nice evening. St. Joe’s festival was the same night which may explain the smaller crowd that attended. Because the ground was so wet, we set the movie screen and projector up next to the baseball fields which worked well.
- Summer Series #2 – Friday, July 12th from 6:30. The concert will run from 7pm to 9pm followed by fireworks. Chester County Dental arts will be sponsoring this event and will be in attendance. We’ll set everything up the same way as last year with the band in pavilion #2. The fire company will set up along the ball fields so they can leave if they need to. They’ll bring an engine and do some recruiting.
- Pumpkin Roll – we’re continuing to look into potential pumpkin roll locations/ideas.
