3. Discuss the two PennDOT parcels in proposed Railway district

4. Discuss I-1 and I-2 Districts (combine into one district?)

5. Review map of Large Undeveloped Parcels and Environmental Constraints
     a. Evaluate parcels in the “Large Undeveloped Parcels” category
     b. Discuss options for these parcels
           i. Large undeveloped parcels in R-1 and R-2
           ii. Large undeveloped parcels  in C-2
           iii. Large undeveloped parcels in I-1 off Rt 282
