Serving as the Township’s central authority for land use regulation, development oversight, and permit administration. Through detailed application review, thorough inspections, and clear communication with property owners, contractors, developers, and residents, the Zoning and Permitting Office promotes transparency, consistency, and efficiency in the development process. Operating under the leadership of the Director of Building and Life Safety, the office is staffed by a dedicated Administrative Assistant, Zoning Officer, Assistant Zoning Officer, Housing/Rental Inspector, and Permit Clerk.
