NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Caln Township will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company located at 3611 E. Lincoln Highway, Thorndale, PA 19372 to consider the conditional use application filed by Main Line Health, Inc., equitable owner of a 14.5 acre parcel of property located at 5030 Horseshoe Pike in Caln Township, more particularly described as part of Chester County Tax Parcel No. 39-2-87 (the “Property”). The Property is zoned R-2 Low to Medium Density Residential. Applicant seeks conditional use approval pursuant to Section 155-22.C(6) of the Caln Township Zoning Ordinance to develop the Property with a 145,000 square foot, 3-story medical center.
Copies of the application and proposed subdivision and land development plan may be obtained by calling the Township’s administrative offices during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
