Caln Township Board Members: Paul Mullin (Absent), Joshua B. Young-Vice President, Jane Kennedy-Commissioner, Mark Evans-Commissioner, and Lorraine Tindaro-Commissioner.

The Special Board of Commissioners’ November 25, 2025, agenda was posted on the Township website and at the Township building on November 22, 2025. Agendas were also made available for the public at the meeting.
Call to Order and Salute to the Flag – Commissioner Young called the November 25, 2025, special board meeting to order at 6:00 PM, and then called for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
1. Resolution 2025-22 Statewide Local Share Assessment Grant
Commissioner Young entertained a motion to adopt Resolution 2025-22 hereby requesting a Statewide Local Share Assessment Grant of $483,375.33 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used to support the purchase of 7 portable LIFEPAK 35 monitor/defibrillators to support life-saving efforts in Caln Township. Moved by Commissioner Evans and seconded by Commissioner Kennedy. The vote passed 4-0.

Commissioner Young entertained a motion to adjourn the November 25, 2025, Special Board meeting at 6:01 PM. Moved by Commissioner Evans and seconded by Commissioner Kennedy. The vote passed 4-0.
