- The Parks and Recreation June 3, 2024 agenda was posted on the Township website and at the township building on May 31, 2024. Agendas were made available to the public at the meeting. The 2024 Parks and Recreation meeting schedule was published in the Daily Local News on December 27, 2024.

- Old business
- Clean Up Day Recap: North Bailey clean up went really well. We had 5 people, including one new person. We need to stage a larger clean up effort early next year and involve public works, fire company, and PD to haul large items up the hill and keep volunteers safe.
- Art in the Park: Liz and Kim hosted an unannounced pop up which went well with a few attendees. The announced event attracted a large number of attendees. So far, so good. A few more volunteers would be helpful. Liz did a great job of organizing projects and supplies. Projects will be exhibited at the Coatesville Library.
- Brandywine Creek Greenways Debrief: Helen, Sam, Anne, Abbey, and Don represented the township at the Greenway luncheon. We exchanged ideas with other municipalities and learned about their projects.
- Riparian Buffer Training Debrief: Helen, Sam, Anne, Brett, and Abbey went to a training by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay about caring for riparian buffers. We learned a lot and made some good contacts. Abbey made a “buffer bucket” with supplies for buffer maintenance as a result of the training. The workbook from the training will be in the bucket so anyone can use it. The part time staff are doing maintenance now on the buffers.
- Summer series update: June 21st is our first summer series movie night with Mutant Mayhem, with martial arts schools, and pizza from Caln Pizza. Start time will be 7:30 so we will arrive at 6:30.

- The group will come to our next meeting with budget proposals for 2025.
